Since 1993, local volunteers have taken the initiative in developing local centres. Initially, these centres only registered subscription for the magazine and delivered the Diwali issue of Chhatra Prabodhan. Over a period of time, in some places the local volunteers formed groups. They conducted different weekly - monthly activities at their centres along with camps and trips during vacations. To the same extent these centres are economically independent and aided by central office whenever required. Often local volunteers also contribute of their own.
